Rich Heritage
Craft Country Gifts is located at the southern end of Wichita, nestled in an old general store type building. Once known as the peach capital of the world, southern Wichita hosted many peach orchards with one of the country's most renowned being Blood Orchard. The building was built in 1885 and has been owned by four generations of the Blood family. Blood Orchards peach trees were contaminated in 1984, thus ending 100 years of a family owned business.

Humble beginnings
Craft Country Gifts was founded in 1986 as a craft cooperative by a group of local artists. In 2002, Carl and Wendy Humble became the sole proprietors and changed the format from all handmade items to many different types of gift and decorating and items. Jewelry, purses, Italian charms, home decor, candles, furniture, and lawn and garden items are just a few of the things that fill the building once known as Blood Orchard.

Just like the original orchard, we are a family owned and operated business with two generations of heritage. God has richly blessed us as we have grown from 4000 sq ft to 6100 sq ft after 2 1/2 years.
